What to do if
We've provided some information for you with regards to our policies and the information
we need from you in the event of any of the circumstances listed below.
If you can't find the information you need please check the FAQ section in the Parent Information page, ask your nursery manager or contact us by email at enquiries@kidsunlimited.co.uk
Illness & late collection
If your child is ill please refer to our
Sickness Exclusion policy.
If you are unavoidable delayed and expect to be late collecting your child from nursery please contact the nursery as soon as possible to advise them.
Financial difficulties
If you are experiencing financial difficulties please contact the Finance Team as soon as possible at the Central Office on 0845 365 2199.

If you have any feedback regarding the care, safety, welfare or education of your child, please speak to the Nursery Manager or call our central office on 0845 365 2929 and ask to speak to Sarah Hartley, Customer Relations Project Leader.

Extra sessions / cancelling a place
If you would like to book extra sessions or cancel your child's place at nursery please contact your nursery manager in the first instance.
