Religious belief harassment This can include abuse, alleged ‘jokes’, unwanted or patronising comments about a person’s religious belief.
Employment practices Failure to recruit, select, promote and treat all employees in the same way irrespective of their sex, disability, race, nationality, age, ethnic or national origin, sexual orientation or religious belief.
Disciplinary action, including possible dismissal, will be taken against any Employee who discriminates against others on the ground of sex, race, disability, sexual orientation, age or religious belief. |
