All childcare fees are payable in advance on the first day of each calendar month.
The accepted methods of payment are Direct Debit or Childcare Vouchers or Salary Sacrifice (for workplace nurseries).
To set up a Direct Debit please download the form here and return it to us at the address shown on the form.

You can use childcare vouchers to pay towards your fees. We accept childcare vouchers from all recognised voucher providers if paid electronically. Please ask your employer about which childcare voucher scheme they use. If they do not have a scheme in place please visit our vouchers information site using the link at the bottom of this page to find out more about the kidsunlimited Childcare Vouchers scheme or call us on 0845 365 2999. Any balance due after the voucher payment has been made should be paid by Direct Debit.
