Recent studies showed that by the age of 4 years, 25% of children were overweight and 8% were obese. What’s more, all the evidence points to the fact that it is activity levels, rather than diet, that most affects children’s weight in their pre-school years. That’s why we have a structured programme of physical activities that allows children to get the maximum possible health benefits from exercise and play.

Of course, to them it’s simply fun and games. However, by instilling an enjoyment for exercise at such an early age, it lays a foundation for a healthy lifestyle that will carry through to their teenage and adult years.
