Expanding our portfolio

Following recent openings in Church Crookham, Carshalton, Richmond, and Northcote Road in Wandsworth, kidsunlimited is seeking opportunities to expand its portfolio of 65 day nurseries.

As well as developing purpose built standalone day nurseries, kidsunlimited will convert buildings such as offices, public houses, churches or hotels and will take space in residential / mixed use developments.

Our requirements focus on:

• Buildings of 3,500 to 7,000 sq ft
• External play space of 1,500 to 3,500 sq ft
• Car parking / drop off spaces essential
• Sites of 0.3 to 0.5 acres
• Freehold or leasehold
